DailyPride’s mission is to advocate, support and empower members of DailyPride both within DailyPay and outside. In this pursuit, this ERG will provide employee engagement and a support network for the LGBTQ+ community at DailyPay with a focus on advocacy, education, and engagement. We seek to support our mission through establishing cross-department connections, providing access to critical information, promoting dialogue, and to foster an inclusive and equitable ecosystem within our organization.
DailyNoire’s mission is to advocate, support, and empower members of the African/Black community both within DailyPay and outside. In this pursuit, this ERG will provide employee engagement and a support network for the African/Black community at DailyPay with a focus on awareness, inclusion, and professional growth. We seek to support our mission through diverse initiatives, networking opportunities, and cultural events to foster an inclusive and equitable ecosystem within our organization.
DailyWomen’s mission is to advocate, support and empower members of the DailyWomen both within DailyPay and outside. In this pursuit, this ERG will provide employee engagement and a support network for the women’s community at DailyPay with a focus on growth, allyship and providing safe spaces for discussion. We seek to support our mission through community engagement, creating a supportive network and empowerment to foster an inclusive and equitable ecosystem within our organization.
DailyBloom’s (formerly known as DailyAAPI) mission is to advocate, support and empower members of DailyBloom both within DailyPay and outside. In this pursuit, this ERG will provide employee engagement and a support network for the Asian and Pacific Islander community at DailyPay with a focus on learning from each other, celebrating our roots, and creating a culture where we thrive professionally and as our whole selves. We seek to support our mission through education, cultural events and advocacy to foster an inclusive and equitable ecosystem within our organization.
DailyVida’s mission is to advocate, support and empower members of the DailyVida both within DailyPay and outside. In this pursuit, this ERG will provide employee engagement and a support network for the Latinx community and allies at DailyPay, focusing on cultural diversity, career development, and celebrating our vibrant cultures. We seek to support our mission through supporting DailyPay values, professional development, community engagement to foster an inclusive and equitable ecosystem within our organization.

In this pursuit, this ERG will provide employee engagement and a support network for the parents and caregivers community at DailyPay with a focus on learning from each other, sharing experiences, and broadening access to resources. We seek to support our mission through education, mentorship, and advocacy to foster an inclusive and equitable ecosystem within our organization.
